Day 1: Arrival

As we say, Karibu Tanzania, a perfect place to unravel your wildlife adventure. At the airport, a friendly welcome awaits you! Our team in a private vehicle will transfer you to your hotel for overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire

Wake to your second day and enjoy your first breakfast in Tanzania at your leisure. Afterwards, meet with your private driver/tour guide for breifing, then head off to Tarangire National Park for a full day of game viewing. It is the vast number of baobabs that first captures  you as you enter the park. The Park has huge herds of elephants, wildbeest, zebra, elephants eland and oryx.

Day 3: Tarangire-Lake Manyara

Start your day by taking an morning nature walk before or after breakfast with  with a Maasai warrior. Return to the lodge before continuing  onward to Lake Manyara Park.  Located beneath the cliffs of the Great Rift Valley, huge varied ecoystems, incredible bird life, and breathtakings views. Return in the evening to watch the sunset from the Valley Escarpment as you drive back to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. It trademark is the famed tree-climbing lions.

Day 4: Lake Manyara

Day 5: Ngorongoro Highlands

Today, add some activity to your schedule by hiking up Empakaai Crater after breakfast. The scenery is spectacular at every point. With a park ranger or guide, move swift from the base through the wood area to the top of the Crater rim. See the flamingos below once you reach the top. On either side of the valley you may see the snow capped peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

Rise for an early breakfast to get an early start to exploring the Ngorongoro Crater. After breakfast, descend  2000ft down onto the crater floor, truly one of the 8th wonders of the world.  It is often called “The Garden of Eden” for it spectacular animal life, that includes the Big FIVE, over 30,000 mammals and over 450 bird species. The wildlife in Ngorongoro can be seen throughout the year because of it’s permanent availability of grass and water. Spend the day exploring the crater, stopping at picnic area near a local hippo pool to  enjoy your packed lunch. In the evening, return to the lodge.

Day 7: Ngorongoro - Serengeti

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure then depart Ngorongoro with picnic lunches and drive to Serengeti National Park via the Oldupai Gorge, for a visit to the Archaelogical site, where the traces of early man were discovered by Dr. Richard and Mary Leakey. Enjoy a picnic lunch and short rest at Naabi Gate. After a rest, continue your journey with a game viewing en route to Serengeti National Park.

Day 8 & 9: Serengeti - Endless Plains

Serengeti, known to Maasai as “Siringitu” meaning “the endless plains”. This is in reference  to the constant movement of the huge numbers of animals, wildbeest migration, thomson gazelle and zebra. Spend the two days here enjoying the splendor of the Serengeti and depend upon the season, you have the opportunity to witness the largest migration of mammls on earth.

Day 10: Serengeti - Arusha: Departure

Your  adventure safari ends today! Enjoy the breakfast at leisure, then you are transferred to Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Arusha.  On arrival, our representative will transfer you to a hotel for a day room to relax and then later transferred to the airport for your flight home.
